Small hotel with amazing design. Amiable and fairly friendly staff, modern deluxe queen room. Incredible location, only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Outstanding restaurant not very far from the venue.

Colin
The breakfast is delicious and perfect with cheeses and extra coffee, as example, lots to choose from.
Rather limited breakfast, it should be better.

Everything was simply nice. Chic and cool hotel, welcoming staff, appreciated the AMAZING location not far from the church and city center. Tried good coffee, fresh bread, pastries and scrambled eggs. The service was nice, including an early check-in. The property provided free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The breakfast was delicious and perfect for what was on offer with extra coffee, cheeses plus croisants. Location: the hotel was really close to the Duomo, the Scala and shopping areas and less touristy design oriented neighborhood/shops. Spent a nice evening at Restaurant Andry Gira, located an easy walk to the venue.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is simply amazing. It is situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions and famous sites. However, I will admit that it is a bit tricky to reach by car or taxi due to the narrow streets. But once you're here, you won't regret it.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, the service, and the quality of the rooms are all top-notch.

Highly recommended new-small--modern designed-centrally located boutique hotel, with tastiest homemade cakes and cookies for breakfast! Excellent location: a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, this boutique hotel is in the very heart of Milan, a short walking distance to the best shopping areas; very close to museums, restaurants, bars etc. truly central ... Staff: extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. Hotel design is all about modern, minimalistic, simple, state of the art and discretely luxurious; warm modern internal design clashes beautifully with the 100+ year old retained architectural features of the original building; the 100 year old lift (open cage: perfect for claustrophobics! :) was retained and has been renovated as new; enormous original wooden crafted gates, more than a 100 years old, were also retained and are other architectural features. At the same time, you will find 2 Egg modern armchairs (Arne Jacobsen) etc.... The room was very spacious, by any standard, especially European standards! The design of the room is absolutely beautiful: solid wood parquet, Cappellini bed, Artemide desktop lamp, Kartell Stools, etc. state of the art lighting system, new ac system, new top quality double glazed windows, etc ... natural, organic toiletries.... Lightning-speed super fast internet connection that works everywhere in hotel, and for free! 2 lcd tv screens in the room ... ! Breakfast was tasty: delicious homemade cakes and cookies, fresh fresh tasty Mediterranean fruits, croissants and the usual juices, cornflakes, etc... (Did not try room service as I was out all the time) Highly recommended ....
If you like to design of the rooms, it may well cost you many throusands of dollars re-decorating and re-furnishing your own bedroom to look and have the same feel as that of Palazzo Segreti's ... :)

I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and modern ambiance hidden behind the palazzo facade of this hotel in Milan. The staff welcomed me professionally and made me feel right at home. The room, although small, was well-structured and comfortable, with a dominant white color scheme that created a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offerings, although limited, were of excellent quality. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily explore all the main tourist attractions and enjoy outstanding restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel for its contemporary elegance and convenient location.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Nice modern design with icons such as the egg and the swan from Arne Jacobsen. The hotel is located on a smaller street which means it is quiet during nights, but still very central (5 minutes walk from the dome). Breakfast – which some other criticized in the evaluation – was fairly good, if the standard Italian hotel breakfast is used as a benchmark. Very helpful and kind staff.
No, everything was great!

The rooms were nice, but the beds were uncomfortable and it was hard to find the place.
